Creative Director


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and mentor UI/UX, graphic, and visual designers to execute pixel-perfect deliverables.
  • Translate business and content goals into wireframes, design directions, and creative briefs.
  • Contribute ideas for branding, layout, and interactivity, and be involved in early concept discussions.
  • Review work and provide clear feedback aligned with content goals, usability standards, and visual storytelling.
  • Guide team members in handling everything from large enterprise websites to local business sites.
  • Oversee design deliverables for marketing campaigns, print collaterals, business cards, brochures, reports, and event materials.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure synergy between copy and design.
  • Train junior designers in design thinking, concept clarity, and process workflows.
  • Improve the design team’s communication and creative output, especially for those with limited English fluency.
  • Bring structure and process improvements to increase design quality and delivery speed.


Desired Skills


  • Strong understanding of content-driven design and ability to translate content into engaging visuals and user flows.
  • Expertise in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Solid grasp of design thinking, user personas, wireframing, and UX principles.
  • Experience in creating branding concepts, style guides, logo systems, and identity packages.
  • Fluency in reviewing and suggesting improvements in both UI/UX and visual design.
  • Hands-on experience with web UI design for WordPress, Elementor, or Webflow is a plus.
  • Familiarity with print production processes and formats (for brochures, reports, etc.).
  • Ability to guide low-English-fluent designers through clear visual and conceptual direction.
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills—able to mediate between team and management.
  • Good eye for aesthetics, alignment, hierarchy, and typography.
  • Open to feedback, growth mindset, and hunger to elevate the team’s creative standards.
  • Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and development constraints.


Nice to Have


  • 6+ years of design experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership/creative direction role.
  • Portfolio that demonstrates versatility across digital, web, UI/UX, and print design.
  • Agency experience working with global clients is a strong plus.
