Creative Director

As a Creative Director in our team, your role involves overseeing the conceptualization of Copy projects and ensuring the quality of work produced by the Copy team and junior Copywriters. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating execution plans for projects and seeing them through to completion. - Conceptualizing original and unique scripts, selecting appropriate images, typography, and layouts for projects. - Ensuring that the products created are user-friendly and convey brand consistency. - Coordinating between BD and Design teams to ensure a smooth flow of work. - Staying updated with changing trends in the field and implementing best practices. - Building the agency's creative reputation and preparing monthly/quarterly progress reports for projects. Qualifications required for this role include: - A graduate/post-graduate degree with 8-10 years of experience in copywriting, preferably for social media. - Strong communication and presentation skills with a solid portfolio of past creative projects. - Proficiency in techniques and visual elements, along with a good aesthetic sense and creative thinking. - Ability to lead a team effectively in a time-bound environment. - Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
