Role Overview: As a Creative Director, you will lead the creative vision for the brand across all platforms including digital, print, video, experiential, and social media. You will manage and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team consisting of graphic designers, copywriters, art directors, videographers, and freelancers. Your responsibilities include overseeing the concepting, execution, and delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns from ideation through final execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and evolving the brand identity and guidelines, ensuring all content aligns with the brand voice, tone, and visual style. Collaborating with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Executive teams is crucial to align creative work with business objectives. Presenting creative concepts to clients and stakeholders confidently, incorporating feedback into future iterations, is also a key aspect of this role. Staying updated on creative, design, and cultural trends to keep the brand fresh and relevant is essential. Moreover, managing the creative budget, allocating resources efficiently, and overseeing vendor relationships when applicable are part of your responsibilities.
