Creative Director

We are looking for a Creative Video Director who can conceptualize, direct, and execute powerful video content across ads, brand films, social media reels, product videos, and campaign films.

This role demands strong storytelling, leadership, execution speed, and creative ownership -from idea to final output.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & Direction

• Lead end-to-end video production: concept, script, storyboard, shoot, edit & final delivery
• Develop creative video ideas aligned with brand strategy and campaign goals
• Direct shoots for ads, reels, product videos, brand films, testimonials & CGI/3D content
• Ensure every video meets Dangura Digital’s creative quality benchmarks

Team & Collaboration

• Manage and mentor video editors, motion designers, cinematographers & freelancers
• Coordinate with Creative Strategists, Designers, Social Media & Client Servicing teams
• Guide post-production teams for pacing, sound design, color grading & effects

Client & Campaign Execution

• Translate client briefs into high-impact visual stories
• Present concepts and creative directions confidently to clients
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously with tight timelines

Innovation & Quality Control

• Stay updated with trends in reels, ads, YouTube formats, AI tools & VFX
• Experiment with new storytelling formats and visual styles
• Maintain consistency across brand guidelines and campaign tone

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in video direction / creative video production
• Strong expertise in storytelling, scripting & visual narrative
• Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve
• Understanding of camera, lighting, framing, sound & post-production workflows
• Experience working in an ad agency or production environment
• Ability to lead teams and take complete creative ownership

Good to Have

• Experience in CGI / 3D / Motion Graphics
• Knowledge of AI video tools and new-age content formats
• Background in performance-driven ad videos (Meta, YouTube, OTT)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
