About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Solutions Partner with an advertising background to manage client relationships, coordinate campaigns, and contribute to business growth. This role requires strong client-facing skills, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic thinking to deliver impactful solutions and drive successful campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure smooth communication throughout project lifecycles. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, strategy, design) to execute client campaigns effectively. Draft and manage social media content calendars in alignment with client objectives. Prepare and present detailed monthly reports and campaign performance analysis to clients. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery and quality of services. Support new business development by assisting in pitching, proposal drafting, and client presentations. Expand existing client accounts by identifying opportunities for additional services and campaigns. Contribute to strategic planning by understanding client goals and market trends. Oversee pitch preparation and delivery to secure new business. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders. Basic Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing role within advertising or marketing. Proven experience in client coordination and cross-functional collaboration. Strong understanding of advertising strategies and campaign management. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to draft social media calendars and prepare performance reports. Experience managing vendors and third-party partners. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
