As a Client Solutions Partner specializing in Telecom and AI/Generative AI (GenAI), you will play a pivotal role in advising and guiding telecom clients on leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, enhance customer experiences, and unlock growth opportunities. Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers, designing and implementing tailored AI solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of AI/GenAI initiatives. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and needs, providing strategic guidance on how AI and GenAI solutions can transform their operations and offerings. Your expertise in AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies will be essential in designing solutions that address telecom pain points, such as predictive maintenance, network optimization, customer personalization, and automation. In addition to client engagement and solution design, you will lead consultative sales efforts, manage end-to-end project delivery, and work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, product, and support teams to ensure client objectives are met. Your role will also involve advocating for client needs within the organization, monitoring solution performance and ROI, and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and value creation. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, proven experience in client-facing roles within the telecom industry, and a deep understanding of AI technologies as applied to telecom operations. Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills are essential, along with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Preferred qualifications include experience with telecom-specific AI applications, familiarity with AI platforms and tools, a background in data science or machine learning engineering, and knowledge of AI ethics and regulations in telecom environments.
