Job Description:

We are hiring Client Solutions Partners to handle international customer support for high-net-worth clients. The role involves professional communication, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality service across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients
• Provide clear and professional solutions to customer queries
• Communicate effectively with high-value clients
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Ensure client satisfaction and adhere to quality standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confident, professional, and customer-focused
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required)
