As a Client Solutions Partner specializing in AI Solutioning for the Telecom Industry, your role will involve serving as a trusted advisor to telecom clients. You will be responsible for helping them leverage AI and Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to address complex challenges and drive business innovation. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will focus on designing, selling, and implementing tailored AI-driven solutions that optimize telecom operations, enhance customer experiences, and unlock growth opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Client Relationship & Engagement:** Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in telecom organizations. Act as the primary point of contact for all AI and GenAI-related initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-value solutions. - **Solution Design & Strategy:** Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and design AI/GenAI-driven solutions. Provide strategic guidance on leveraging emerging technologies to transform operations and customer offerings. - **Sales & Business Development:** Identify new business opportunities and upsell AI solutions within existing client accounts. Lead consultative sales engagements from discovery to solution design and deployment. - **End-to-End Project Leadership:** Oversee the full lifecycle of AI solutions, ensuring successful implementation aligned with client objectives. - **AI & GenAI Expertise:** Stay updated on AI, machine learning, and generative AI trends. Apply deep knowledge to telecom industry applications. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions meeting client needs.
