Key Responsibilities: Content Delivery: Conduct interactive AI awareness sessions for students and parents, introducing fundamental AI concepts and their everyday applications. Facilitate specialized AI workshops for teachers, covering AI integration strategies, ethical AI, and AI academic integrity. Audience Engagement: Adapt training content and delivery methods to suit various age groups and technical understanding levels (Grade 6-12 students, parents, diverse teaching staff). Utilize engaging pedagogical approaches, including interactive activities, real-world examples (especially those relevant to India), and hands-on demonstrations with AI tools. Foster an inspiring and curiosity-driven learning environment. Knowledge & Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of core AI concepts (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision). Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and its applications, particularly in the educational sector. Address ethical considerations of AI, including bias, privacy, and responsible use, in an age-appropriate and culturally sensitive manner. Collaboration & Logistics: Work closely with school coordinators and the program team to ensure smooth workshop logistics, scheduling, and setup. Provide feedback and insights for continuous improvement of the program content and delivery. Academic Integrity Focus: Specifically address AI Academic Integrity with both students and teachers, providing clear guidelines and strategies for ethical AI tool usage in an academic context, aligned with NEP 2020 principles. Requirements Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Education Technology, or a related technical field. AI Expertise: Proven, in-depth understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical applications. Training Experience: Minimum [5] years of experience delivering training or workshops, preferably within educational settings (schools, colleges). Audience Engagement: Demonstrated ability to engage diverse audiences (students of varying ages, parents, teachers) effectively. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English. Proficiency in relevant regional Indian languages is a significant advantage. Pedagogical Skills: Understanding of educational methodologies and the ability to simplify complex technical topics. Guide customers and drive discussions with them to build AI/ML/Generative AI scenarios and finalise expected business outcomes. Drive requirement gathering discussions with customer s business owners and propose relevant AI/ML/Generative AI use cases to solve business problems. Create system architecture for complex and scalable AI/ML solutions. Develop and put the AI/ML/Generative AI models in production to serve multiple enterprise customers Lead/contribute to developing end-to-end AI/ML/Generative AI solutions, not restrictive to only algorithms. Drive AI/ML/Generative AI initiatives leveraging SAP AI eco system. Lead/work closely with other data scientists/experts and teams to deliver solutions for customers AI adoption journey. SKILLS REQUIRED: 10+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML/Generative AI field. Willingness to interact with customers and passionate to solve business problems. Strong focus on delivering business values to customers. Experience in implementing scalable AI/ML solutions. Generative AI expertise Experience/good understanding of Generative AI Concepts and implementations. Experience in Generative AI technology platform offerings, frameworks(Open source Langchain/LlamaIndex, other 3rd party platforms) and tools. Good Experience in Prompt Engineering techniques. Hands-on experience in vector databases, and advanced RAG. Understanding of Knowledge Graphs is a plus. Strong inclination to learn and experiment with new concepts and technologies in Generative AI space. Proficiency in ML technologies/libraries like Scikit-learn, Pytorch, Tensorflow etc. Proficient in one or more programming languages (Python OOP is must) Very strong practical hand-on NLP technology usage knowhow (apply in business context) Experience in developing and productizing scalable AI solutions. Strong data exploration, cleansing, transformation, feature engineering skills Experience in MLOps/LLMOps on any Cloud platform. Familiarity with code management tools like Git, GitHub etc. Familiarity with cloud computing and cloud native technologies (e.g. Docker, K8S etc.) Communication skills with the ability to communicate appropriately with customers in various situations. Machine Learning Subject Matter Expert (SME) Course Creator We are seeking a Machine Learning Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Course Creator to design and develop engaging, high-quality machine learning (ML) courses aligned with our instructional design framework. The ideal candidate will collaborate with instructional designers, content developers, and multimedia teams to create learner-focused courses that cater to a global audience. Key Responsibilities: Design and structure machine learning courses for us, ensuring alignment with industry trends and best practices. Develop course modules, learning objectives, assessments, quizzes, and capstone projects to enhance learning outcomes. Create engaging content using Jupyter Notebooks, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and other ML tools. Integrate real-world case studies, hands-on coding exercises, and interactive learning experiences. Work closely with instructional designers to implement pedagogically sound teaching methodologies (e.g., project-based learning, microlearning). Strong understanding of supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, and reinforcement learning techniques. Familiarity with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure ML). Prior experience in creating online courses, MOOCs, or technical content for learning platforms like Coursera, Udacity, or edX. Ability to explain complex ML concepts in a simple, engaging, and interactive manner. Strong technical writing and communication skills.
