Role Overview

We’re seeking a Cinematic & Music Director with a sharp creative eye and technical expertise to lead high-end shoots, music videos, and cinematic projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and direct cinematic travel films, music videos, and brand films.
• Collaborate with models, artists, cinematographers, and production teams to deliver creative outputs.
• Oversee camera, lighting, sound, drone, and post-production processes.
• Develop scripts, storyboards, and shot breakdowns aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Manage production schedules, budgets, and on-site logistics.
• Ensure each project reflects the brand’s cinematic identity — “Celebrate the Journey.”
• Maintain strict confidentiality; all creative assets remain company property.
• Innovate and deliver fresh cinematic concepts for OTT, YouTube, and digital platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Director/Assistant Director in music videos, short films, or cinematic shoots.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, cinematography, lighting, and visual rhythm.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Hands-on knowledge of cinema cameras (RED, Sony FX, Blackmagic, Canon C-Series, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Passionate about travel, music, and visual storytelling.
