Description
As the Creative Director at Zupee, you will be responsible for leading and reviewing the work of creative teams for web, print, and digital marketing collateral. Your role involves spearheading content strategy for projects of all sizes, utilizing brand design, copy, art, and digital technology. Collaboration with marketing and other departments to develop plans, analyze results, and identify opportunities is key. You will also develop internal marketing campaigns that align objectives across business units with clear and motivating creative strategies. Your understanding of Indian demographics is crucial, staying updated on design trends, marketing, consumer behavior, and the competitor landscape, with a specific focus on the Indian market. It is important to possess a keen insight into Indian demographics, cultural nuances, and regional preferences to tailor creative strategies effectively. Demonstrating a proactive attitude towards project ownership, particularly during critical phases, and being willing to contribute hands-on to creative processes when required is essential. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/videographers, and project managers in developing messaging and deliverables strategically. Prioritizing work and resources based on short- and long-term needs, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and production artists to develop schedules, and conducting brainstorming sessions to create innovative initiatives are crucial aspects of the role. You will review and approve art and copy to ensure deliverables effectively address marketing goals and challenges. Qualifications required for this role include 10 years of relevant experience, with at least seven years as a creative director in an agency or corporate setting. Experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns, ability to thrive under pressure, create integrated content across various marketing channels, and lead a diverse team of creatives are essential. Your strong creative vision, focus on business objectives, and proven ability to develop successful concepts will be key in this role.,
