Creative Director

As a Copy Creative Director at our company, you will be responsible for leading the copy and content direction for our campaigns across digital, print, and integrated platforms. Your role will require you to be a conceptual thinker, a strong storyteller, and a leader who can craft compelling narratives aligning with brand strategy to deliver measurable creative impact. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the copy team in developing high-impact creative concepts and campaign ideas. - Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, strategists, and account managers to deliver integrated communication solutions. - Supervise and guide junior and senior copywriters to maintain consistency in tone, voice, and messaging. - Review and refine all creative copy to ensure it meets brand and campaign objectives. - Present ideas and creative strategies to clients and internal teams with clarity and conviction. - Stay updated with cultural trends, industry insights, and emerging digital storytelling formats. - Maintain a high standard of creative excellence while meeting deadlines and business goals. **Requirements:** - 10-15 years of experience in advertising or a creative agency, with at least 3-5 years in a senior copy or creative lead role. - Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, storytelling, and diverse campaign experience. - Expertise in both long-form and short-form copy across digital, print, film, and social platforms. - Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Passion for creativity, innovation, and mentoring creative talent. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Mass Communication, English, Advertising, or a related field. - Experience working with national or global brands. - Understanding of performance marketing and content for e-commerce or digital-first brands (a plus).
