Role Overview: As the Fractional Creative Director at Wadeshwar Restaurants Pvt Ltd in Pune, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the visual identity, design direction, and content strategy of a beloved South Indian & Maharashtrian comfort food brand. Your role will be part-time, focusing on refreshing and refining visual elements, creating a consistent look for the new FMCG vertical, planning content calendars, supervising design teams, and guiding in-store branding and customer experience initiatives. Collaboration with the founding team and directors will be essential to ensure alignment between brand identity, customer experience, and growth strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Shape the brand's visual identity, design direction, and content strategy - Refresh and refine Wadeshwar's visual elements - Create a consistent look for the new FMCG vertical - Plan and oversee content calendars for various platforms - Supervise design teams - Guide in-store branding and customer experience initiatives - Collaborate closely with the founding team and directors Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 years of experience in creative direction, brand design, or content strategy - Experience in F&B, D2C brands, or lifestyle branding preferred - Strong skills in design, copywriting, photography, and social storytelling - Ability to work independently or with small teams and freelancers - Passion for food, clean design, and culture-driven brands - Familiarity with Pune/Maharashtra culture considered a bonus Additional Company Details: Wadeshwar offers a flexible part-time structure, the chance to contribute to the next phase of an iconic Pune brand, involvement in real projects such as new product launches and store branding, and a collaborative team environment that values design and creativity.
