Creative Director

We’re looking for a highly creative and hands-on Ads and Reels Director to lead the ideation, direction, and execution of short-form content including brand reels, social media ads, testimonials, product explainers, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of storytelling for digital platforms, especially Instagram, YouTube, and Meta ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction, scripting, and visual style for reels and ad videos
• Collaborate with the creative team, DOPs, editors, and clients to bring concepts to life
• Manage on-set production including directing models, influencers, and client representatives
• Oversee post-production: rough cuts, color correction, music, and sound design
• Stay ahead of digital trends, ad formats, and platform-specific best practices
• Ensure final videos align with brand voice and campaign goals
• Work with the account and strategy teams to deliver content on time and within budget

Pay: ₹17,777.06 - ₹40,397.02 per month
