Job Description

As an Estimation and Costing Assistant, your role will involve assisting and supporting the estimating efforts to ensure accurate estimation and costing of projects. This includes analyzing blueprints and other documentation to prepare cost estimates, materials, technical details, and labor estimates for each project. Your accurate quotations will contribute to the preparation of proposals, quotations, and tenders to enhance customer satisfaction and business profitability. **Key Responsibilities:** - Estimation and costing of electrical panels such as LT PCC PANEL, APFC, MCC, PDB's PANEL, and Readymade DB's. - Enquiry of TTA or Non TTA Panels and pricing of switchgears as per project requirements. - Preparing GA drawings of Non TTA panel in AutoCAD. - Updating enquiry lists, monitoring file work, and managing documentation related to project enquiries, quotations, and purchase orders. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure support and commitment to cost estimates. - Focusing on meeting customer deadlines while preparing and submitting proposals. - Assisting in the preparation of technical proposals, including design, scope of work, management plans, work sequence, safety, quality control, and commissioning. - Reviewing contract documents, specifications, subcontracts, and change orders. - Supporting continuous improvement efforts and change management initiatives. **Qualification Required:** - Proficiency in Siepan & Siecost software. - Experience with Auotcad & EPLAN. - Strong mathematical ability. - Familiarity with G.A Drawing. - Excellent attention to detail. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and personal accountability. - Customer service orientation. - Analytical thinking skills. - Planning and estimation capabilities. - Teamwork proficiency. - Time management skills. - Proficiency in using various software applications such as CAD, MS Office Suite, and Estimating Software. The educational qualifications required for this role are a B.E in EE or Diploma in Electrical, with an understanding of electrical systems. Additionally, you should have 2-5 years of work experience in a relevant field.,
