The ideal candidate should have experience in handling client requirements, preparing BOQs , technical quotations , and promoting products to industrial and infrastructure clients Responsibilities Generate leads and convert them into orders from industries, EPC contractors, consultants, and government sectors. Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations and BOQs as per client specifications. Conduct site visits, technical meetings, and presentations for customer engagement. Negotiate terms and close orders in line with company targets and policies. Maintain strong follow-up and long-term relationships with existing clients. Promote the company’s products including LT/HT panels, automation panels, control panels, MCC/PCC panels, VFD panels, etc. Identify and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events. Develop marketing content, client presentations, and support digital promotion initiatives. Collect market intelligence, competitor analysis, and update the product positioning strategy. Job Summary : The person is responsible for assisting and supporting the estimating efforts to ensure accurate estimation and costing of projects, in terms of estimation, drawings and documentation that shall help in the preparation of proposals, quotations and tenders to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction as well as business profitability. Principal Job Responsibilities : 1. Understand, review and analyze blueprints and other documentation related to customer requirements to prepare cost, materials, technical and labor estimates for each project to be able to prepare an accurate quotation. 2. Estimation and costing of an electrical panel (LT PCC PANEL, APFC, MCC, PDB's PANEL) & Readymade DB's. 3. Enquiry of TTA or Non TTA Panels and pricing of switchgears in MS office as per each Project requirement. 4. Design and drawing - preparing of GA drawing of Non TTA panel in AutoCAD. 5. Documentation – Updation of enquiry list on a daily basis, monitoring of file work, managing documentation of enquiry list, quotation list purchase order list of SITC of each Project. 6. Interface with other individuals in the organization to obtain support and commitment to the cost estimates. 7. Focus on customer deadlines while preparing proposals and submitting them. 8. Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, including assisting in the design and writing the scope of work, management plans, work sequence, safety, and quality control and commissioning 9. Experience with contract documents: contract drawings, specifications, subcontracts, contract addendum, and change orders. 10. Assist in writing work scopes and reviewing contract change order and field change order proposals 11.
