As a Channel Sales Manager at Ivy Homes, you will play a crucial role in the company's growth by collaborating with Channel Partners/Brokers to generate and close leads for property acquisition and sales. You will focus on building and expanding relationships with channel partners, working closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to scale sourcing efforts. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and closing deals in specific micro-markets in Bangalore, laying the foundation for the company's expansion into new markets. In this role, you will navigate complex scenarios, master our business model, guide sellers and partners through the sales process, and embody our values of trust, transparency, and customer empathy.
