Job Description

Role Overview: As a Corporate Sales Manager (MICE) at our company, your primary responsibility will be to develop, manage, and expand our Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) business. You will be tasked with generating new business opportunities, building strong corporate relationships, and achieving revenue targets by promoting customized MICE solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential corporate clients for MICE business opportunities. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets. - Pitch, negotiate, and close deals with corporate clients for domestic and international MICE events. - Collaborate with operations and event management teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions. - Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business. - Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and networking activities. - Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. - Prepare and present customized proposals, RFP responses, and costings. - Monitor client satisfaction and ensure exceptional customer service. - Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports for management review. Qualifications Required: - Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. - 3-7 years of proven experience in Corporate Sales (preferably in Travel, Hospitality, or Events sector). - Existing corporate network and MICE industry exposure is highly desirable.
