Job Summary: The HR & Admin Officer is responsible for managing human resources functions and administrative operations to ensure smooth business processes. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and office management. Key Responsibilities: HR Functions: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Maintain personnel records and HR databases. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Handle payroll processing and benefits administration. Address employee queries and resolve workplace concerns. Administrative Functions: Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships. Coordinate travel arrangements and expense processing. Support management with reports and documentation. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in HR and administrative roles. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
