Destination Advisor

You will be working as a Destination Advisor, contributing to our customer acquisition and revenue growth efforts. Your main responsibilities will be selling and upselling to both new and existing guests, as well as providing exceptional customer service and support. To excel in this role, you should possess strong English written and verbal communication skills, along with basic computer knowledge. Your key duties will include achieving growth targets, establishing and nurturing long-term customer relationships by understanding their requirements, managing sales conversations, and pitching various International & Domestic Holiday packages to individual clients. Additionally, you will be required to liaise with vendors, suppliers, and the product team to ensure the best rates and services are provided to travelers. You will also be responsible for preparing quotations and itineraries for travelers based on their needs, using both email and phone communication channels provided by the company. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a sales representative or sales executive, preferably within the Travel Industry. A good understanding of web and internet technologies, along with proven sales skills, will be beneficial. Strong organizational and time-management abilities are also essential for success in this role.,
