Sales Manager JD for SpiderLink: Job Title: Sales Manager - Internet & Data Center Services Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India About SpiderLink: SpiderLink is a growing Jaipur-based ISP delivering reliable internet and data center solutions. We value innovation, customer focus, and continuous learning. Job Summary: Drive revenue growth in Jaipur by leading sales of our internet and data center services. Manage a sales team and engage key clients. Requires a results-oriented leader with ISP/data center market understanding, strong team management, and a proactive learner of new technologies. Responsibilities: * Lead & Develop Sales Team: Meet/exceed targets, set KPIs, coach, recruit, and train. * Strategic Sales Execution: Develop local strategies, target key accounts, collaborate with marketing, monitor market, and forecast. * Direct Sales & Account Management: Manage key accounts, present solutions, negotiate deals, and ensure customer satisfaction. * Product Expertise & Learning: Maintain deep product knowledge (internet & data center services), learn new technologies, and provide product feedback. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams for seamless customer experience, participate in industry events, and maintain CRM records. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree (relevant field preferred). Master's a plus. * 5+ years progressive sales experience in ISP/Data Center services. * Proven record of exceeding sales targets and leading teams. * Strong understanding of internet and data center technologies. * Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities with customer focus. * CRM proficiency. * Strong learning agility and interest in technical products. * Jaipur market experience preferred.
