Job Description

Responsibility-


  • Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients across industries (not limited to home décor/lifestyle).
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, agencies, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct presentations, pitches, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals with decision-makers.
  • Manage and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Act as the single point of contact for key corporate clients.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, order execution, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to drive repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Develop customized proposals for corporate gifting, bulk purchases, and strategic partnerships.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to meet client requirements.
  • Maintain updated account records, sales reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Stay aware of competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns, exhibitions, and events.
  • Contribute to sales strategy, pricing decisions, and new product launches.
  • Mentor junior team members in sales and client handling processes.


Required Skills-

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in

    corporate/B2B sales

    (any industry).
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage C-level relationships and corporate decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
