Job description

We are looking for Sales Engineer to drive our business with good Communication skill & Interpersonal Skill .

• Designation – Sales Engineer .
• Graduate / Diploma in Engineering would be preferred in Computer Science or Electronics Branch .
• Experience: 6 Month -2 years of Experience in Computer Hardware & Networking.
• Will be working in the field of Technical sales in CCTV / ELV / System Integration industry.
• Sales of ELV products like (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Public Address System)
• Knowledge of Networking & Server .
• Sound knowledge of Server Installation and Configuration, VMS, LAN Network etc. would be preferred
• Need to travel as per the project requirement
• Client handling & documentation.
• Should have Good Communication in English/ Hindi /Odia .
• Preferred to have B.tech ( In Computer science / Electronics/ Instrumentation Branch) ,MCA, BCA.
• Minimum Graduation Required with 50% or above through-out Career.
• Should be comfortable in travelling from one place to another.
• Should be Presentable.
• Should have good convincing skills.
• Memorizing technical product specifications and keeping up-to-date with new company products as well as industry trends.
• Simplifying technical terms during product demonstrations and pre-sales customer support.
• Maintaining strong professional relationships with existing clients and meeting with new clients to expand sales territories.
• Updating orders and sales and negotiating the best contract terms.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in security systems, electronics, or automation.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Understanding of technical products like CCTV, biometric systems, etc., is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and Google Workspace.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be open to fieldwork across Delhi NCR.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
