Corporate Sales Manager

About the Role:

As a Corporate Sales Manager, you’ll spearhead client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic account growth in the Kerala region. Your performance will directly contribute to expanding our corporate portfolio and strengthening PIB’s market presence in the health and general insurance domain.

Success in this role

You will report to the Regional Manager and collaborate closely with underwriting, claims, and product teams to deliver customised value propositions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new corporate clients across healthcare, manufacturing, IT, and other key sectors
• Build long-term B2B relationships and nurture high-value accounts
• Develop and execute local sales strategies in alignment with national business goals
• Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams for proposal development and policy servicing
• Track and report performance metrics and market trends to guide decision-making
• Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical sales practices

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Sales/Marketing/Healthcare preferred
• 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B or institutional sales, preferably in insurance or healthcare
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of group health insurance, general insurance products, and market dynamics
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel across assigned cities
