Corporate Sales Manager

1. Business Development & Account Growth

• Identify and acquire new enterprise clients across IT, BFSI, Telecom, Manufacturing, and Consulting sectors.
• Build and manage relationships with CXOs, L&D Heads, HR Leaders, and Technology Decision Makers.
• Drive solution-based selling for IT upskilling, certification pathways, and learning transformation programs.

2. Solution & Consultative Selling

• Position vendor-certified programs (AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, Google, ISACA, etc.) as strategic enablers of digital capability.
• Work closely with internal pre-sales, delivery, and vendor teams to develop client-specific training solutions.
• Present proposals, conduct client demos, and manage RFPs to closure.

3. Revenue & Target Achievement

• Own and deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute account plans for key strategic clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and renewal.

4. Strategic & Operational Excellence

• Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and forecasting using CRM tools (Salesforce / Zoho).
• Collaborate with marketing and partner teams on campaigns, webinars, and GTM initiatives.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings and emerging client needs.

5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achievement of revenue and gross margin targets.
• New client acquisitions and active account expansions.
• Customer retention and satisfaction (CSAT/NPS).
• Accuracy and consistency of sales forecasting and reporting.
