• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Certification in digital marketing, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, or Hubspot Inbound Marketing.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Proven experience with social media management, digital advertising, and creating engaging short-form video content (reels, shorts) aligned with current trends.
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, etc.). • Solid understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Zoho, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize marketing strategies. • Familiarity with website content management systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude.
• Creative thinker with problem-solving ability.
• Team player who collaborates well with others.
• Curious and eager to learn new tools, trends, and technologies.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
