Job Description – Corporate Sales ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead and grow our B2B sales vertical. The role involves building strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring consistent revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of corporate procurement and decision-making processes. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to achieve corporate sales targets and revenue goals. Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients across industries. Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, Procurement Heads, IT Managers, etc.). Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policies. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, proposals, closures, and account management. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective sales pitches and campaigns. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports through CRM tools. Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies. Mentor, train, and lead a team of corporate sales executives (if applicable). Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 1+ years of proven corporate sales/B2B experience (preferably in IT hardware, SaaS, or technology solutions). Strong network of corporate clients and decision-makers is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to lead sales cycles with large corporate accounts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive mindset. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Revenue growth and achievement of monthly/quarterly targets. New corporate accounts acquired. Client retention and repeat business rate.
