Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales of Direct One, building strong relationships with corporates, and ensuring the successful onboarding of clients to achieve revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients for Direct One.
  • Book and manage flights, hotels, visa services, and complete travel packages for corporate clients.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients to drive repeat business.
  • Ensure cost-effective solutions through vendor negotiation.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, forecasts, and client communications in CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to position Direct One effectively.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in travel-tech.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
