Role Summary

As a Relationship Manager Corporate & MICE, you will be the primary point of contact for corporate clients, responsible for building and nurturing relationships that drive event-related business and maximize customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow corporate travel accounts and MICE clients.
• Handle end-to-end MICE operations proposals, budgeting, vendor coordination, and execution.
• Book and manage flights, hotels, visa services, and complete travel packages for corporate clients.
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients to drive repeat business.
• Ensure cost-effective solutions through vendor negotiations and travel budget management.
• Track sales pipeline and client engagement activities.
• Resolve client issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Stay updated on industry trends, travel destinations, and corporate travel best practices.
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality field with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Prior corporate travel and MICE operations experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage group bookings and large-scale corporate events.
