Role Summary As a Relationship Manager – Corporate & MICE, you will be the primary point of contact for corporate clients, responsible for building and nurturing relationships that drive event-related business and maximize customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage and grow corporate travel accounts and MICE clients. Handle end-to-end MICE operations – proposals, budgeting, vendor coordination, and execution. Book and manage flights, hotels, visa services, and complete travel packages for corporate clients. Build strong relationships with corporate clients to drive repeat business. Ensure cost-effective solutions through vendor negotiations and travel budget management. Track sales pipeline and client engagement activities. Resolve client issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels. Stay updated on industry trends, travel destinations, and corporate travel best practices. Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications Graduate in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality field with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Prior corporate travel and MICE operations experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage group bookings and large-scale corporate events.
