Position Summary We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Corporate Sales Executive who can effectively represent our brand, acquire new B2B clients, and strengthen existing relationships in the NCR region. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling hygiene-related or facility management products and will be skilled in corporate engagement, solution selling, and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities 1. New Business Development Identify and target new corporate clients across sectors such as hospitality, IT/ITES, healthcare, and facility management. Generate qualified leads through cold calls, referrals, networking events, and digital outreach. Build a strong sales pipeline across industries aligned with Grassland’s product and service offerings. 2. Product Promotion & Solution Selling Pitch Grassland’s complete product line—ranging from hand dryers to eco-friendly disposables and hygiene dispensers—to procurement heads, admin teams, and facility managers. Understand client requirements and propose customized hygiene and washroom solutions. 3. Client Relationship Management Nurture strong long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer retention and upsell opportunities. Serve as a liaison between the client and internal operations to ensure timely delivery, installation, and after-sales support. 4. Sales Execution Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close profitable deals. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly. 5. Market Intelligence Stay updated on competitor products, market pricing, and new industry trends. Provide insights to the product and marketing teams to improve offerings and campaigns. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Any Bachelor’s degree Experience: 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in hygiene products, consumables, facility management, or related sectors. Freshers may also apply. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to present technical and product-based solutions to procurement professionals. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital tools for lead tracking. Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach and ability to work independently.
