Corporate Sales Executive

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will involve interacting with potential corporate clients through various channels such as calls, meetings, and presentations. You will be expected to understand their needs and recommend appropriate property solutions tailored to their requirements. It will be crucial to follow up diligently on leads obtained from CRM tools, portals, referrals, and events to facilitate the conversion process from initial inquiry to on-site visits and eventual closures. Key Responsibilities: - Furnishing comprehensive information regarding property features, pricing, and amenities to clients. - Arranging customized site visits to showcase the properties effectively. - Negotiating terms, finalizing deals according to company protocols, and overseeing documentation and post-sale coordination. - Staying abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and local real estate developments to provide clients with informed guidance. - Maintaining accurate and current records of client interactions, calls, meetings, site visits, and sales outcomes in the CRM system. - Collaborating with developers regarding project inventories, updates, and addressing specific client requirements. - Attending regular product training sessions and sharing strategies and insights with internal team members to collectively achieve targets. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong understanding of market trends and competitor offerings. - Ability to maintain accurate and current records in CRM systems. - Willingness to collaborate with developers and internal team members to achieve targets.
