Corporate Sales Executive in Gurgaon, Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective corporate clients via calls, meetings, and presentations to understand their requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.
• Follow up with leads from CRM tools, portals, referrals, and events to drive conversions from inquiry to site visits and final closures.
• Provide detailed information about property features, pricing, and amenities, and organize customized site visits.
• Negotiate terms, finalize deals in line with company policies, and manage documentation and post-sale coordination.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and local real estate developments to guide clients effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, calls, meetings, site visits, and sales outcomes in the CRM.
• Coordinate with developers for project inventories, updates, and special client needs, and attend regular product training sessions.
• Collaborate with internal team members by sharing strategies and insights to meet collective targets.
• Participate in internal meetings, sales reviews, and training sessions to stay aligned with business goals.
