As a Real Estate Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will involve interacting with potential corporate clients through various channels such as calls, meetings, and presentations. It will be crucial to follow up diligently on leads obtained from CRM tools, portals, referrals, and events to facilitate the conversion process from initial inquiry to on-site visits and eventual closures. Negotiating terms, finalizing deals according to company protocols, and overseeing documentation and post-sale coordination will also form part of your duties. Maintaining accurate and current records of client interactions, calls, meetings, site visits, and sales outcomes in the CRM system will be necessary for effective tracking and follow-up.
