Each department has dedicated team and common labor whose work varies as per requirement in each department. Job Roles – 1.) Maintaining proper workflow in the departments listed above 2.) Ensuring Raw Materials is restocked well in time for smooth functioning 3.) Division of Labor as per the work requirement – Assigning jobs and roles to staff on daily basis ensuring work is divided equally and also the staff is groomed in all the aspects for smooth functioning of the department 4.) Supervising the Packing of Namkeen, Cookies Etc. 5.) Supervising the Dispatch Process 6.) Overlooking the Godown Management and ensuring that the packaged items are kept properly and reducing breakage and spillage 7.) Time Management – Each task is completed on time and effectively workers are used for different function like Packing, Dispatch, Online Order Management 8.) We have different SKU’s and Packing Units which also involves Fancy Packing Items. Supervisor must ensure that all the SKU’s are ready for dispatch as per pre decided qty and if something is lacking, it should be packed immediately. Same goes for Fancy Packing 9.) Maintain pre decided stock of Finished Goods for uninterrupted dispatch and if something is lacking immediately takes action to sort it. If not able to, then bring it to the attention of the management 10.) Ensuring Best Practices and SOP’s are followed in each department
