As a full-time Sales Attendant based in Hyderabad, your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers in their purchases, offering detailed product information, upholding exceptional customer service standards, managing inventory, and ensuring the overall presentation of the store remains impeccable. Your daily duties will involve warmly welcoming and engaging customers, processing transactions, and staying abreast of product updates and knowledge. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent customer service and communication abilities, adeptness in inventory management and transaction handling, comprehensive product knowledge encompassing pearls, gold, and precious stones, prior sales experience in a retail setting, meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, proficiency in English and local languages, willingness to work weekends and holidays, and a high school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications would be advantageous.,
