Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Relationship Manager located in Gurugram. The Corporate Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing business relationships, developing strategies to enhance corporate relations, and communicating effectively with clients. The role also involves collaborating with finance and sales departments to meet company objectives and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.


Qualifications

 Commercial insurance experience, e. g. in group health, property and liability, is very

useful

 B2B sales experience is a must

 The candidate may have worked with an insurance broker or with the direct selling

side of insurers.

 Strong drive to handle clients and teams in an independent way.

 A strong problem-solving approach

 Strong communication and comfort in engaging with senior client executives

 Drive to build a large business and progress within our organization

 Proven ability to work and collaborate with other functions.

 Technical Skills:

 Knowledge of General Insurance products

 Experience with broking portals and insurer systems

 Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools


Qualifications:

 Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)

 MBA / PGDM in Marketing / Finance / Insurance (preferred)

 IRDAI certification (if applicable for the role)


Experience:

 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B Sales, with a strong focus in the insurance domain

(mandatory)

 Proven experience in handling corporate clients and delivering sales targets

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills

 Good knowledge of insurance products and corporate sales processes

  •  Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred
