Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Portfolio Management

  • Acquire new mid-market and large corporate clients across sectors.
  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure continued engagement and growth.
  • Regular client visits for relationship building and opportunity identification.
  • Credit & Financial Solutions

  • Structure, analyze, and prepare credit proposals for working capital, term loans, trade finance, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal credit and risk teams for timely approvals and limit set-ups.
  • Monitor the health of the portfolio and proactively mitigate credit risks.
  • Revenue Generation & Cross-Selling

  • Achieve assigned revenue targets from fund-based and non-fund-based products.
  • Cross-sell treasury, cash management, forex, insurance, and investment products.
  • Maximize wallet share from existing clients.
  • Internal Coordination

  • Liaise with operations, legal, compliance, and other departments for smooth execution of transactions.
  • Ensure timely documentation and process adherence.
  • Compliance & Reporting

  • Adhere to KYC, AML, and other regulatory norms.
  • Maintain MIS on client visits, pipeline, and portfolio performance.
