Position Title: Corporate Relationship Manager
Department -Loan

The Corporate Relationship Manager will play a key role in shaping and growing the departmental loan business, building relationships with corporate clients and channel partners, and driving responsible portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities
Source and acquire new corporate clients (businesses, institutions, channel partners) requiring departmental/structured loans, in alignment with NoBroker's strategy for the loan business.
Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients (corporates, channel partners, broker networks) to maximise wallet share, cross-sell loan products, and ensure client retention.
Conduct end-to-end loan origination: evaluate borrower creditworthiness, analyse business & financial statements, structure loan proposals, coordinate with credit/underwriting, legal and operations for documentation, disbursal & monitoring (based on industry best practices).
Monitor the loan portfolio: track repayments, identify early warning signals (delinquencies, covenant breaches), escalate risks, and work with recovery or workout teams as needed.
Prepare and present credit proposals, business plans, periodic portfolio-reports, and performance dashboards to senior management.
Collaborate with other internal stakeholders (risk, compliance, legal, operations, product) to ensure adherence to internal credit & documentation policies, regulatory standards (KYC/AML), and audit requirements.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow the departmental loan book e.g., identifying new industry segments, client clusters, product enhancements, partnerships or channel tie-ups.
Act as the client's trusted advisor: understand their business needs, propose customised solutions, maintain high service levels and act as the single point of contact for the loan lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration). A postgraduate qualification (MBA/CA) is a plus.
Experience: Typically 1-3 years (depending on seniority) of corporate lending / corporate relationship management experience preferably in banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, or fintech lending.
Strong understanding of corporate loans: term loans, working capital, structured lending, departmental/segment-specific loans, familiarity with credit underwriting, loan documentation, risk assessment.
Excellent financial analysis skills ability to interpret financial statements, forecast cash flows, assess business risks, draw conclusions and make structured proposals.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills ability to engage with senior stakeholders (CFOs, finance heads, business owners) and internal teams.
Proactive, target-driven, with business development mindset.
Good knowledge of applicable regulatory norms / compliance in lending, and strong internal-control mindset.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, data analytics tools, and interest in leveraging technology/fintech for loan processes.
