Role Overview

Corporate Collaborations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Engagement & Partnerships

Identify, engage, and onboard corporate partners to create internship, job placement, and project-based learning opportunities.

Understand industry needs and align them with student capabilities and training outcomes.

Collaborate with internal teams to map student readiness to corporate expectations.

Strategic Collaborations

Build long-term partnerships with HR teams, L&D departments, and senior decision-makers.

Initiate and manage tie-ups for hiring drives, guest lectures, industry webinars, and knowledge sessions.

Explore co-branded initiatives like workshops, certifications, and learning events.

Relationship Management

Maintain strong, ongoing communication with partners for continued engagement.

Ensure smooth execution of collaborative programs and partner satisfaction.

Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate stakeholders.

Outreach & Proposal Development

Develop persuasive partnership proposals, presentations, and MoUs.

Communicate value propositions effectively and negotiate terms to ensure win-win outcomes.

Reporting & Impact Analysis

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships.

Report on partnership pipeline, collaboration outcomes, and revenue or placement impact.

Branding & Podcasts:

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or corporate relations (preferably in EdTech).

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.

Self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive results.
