Key Responsibilities 1 .Understand our business model and create a sales framework and frame the incentive plan. 2 .Hire, train, and manage sales representatives, set clear goals for them, and track their performance. 3 .Identify areas where the team needs more knowledge and create plans to fill those gaps. 4. Ensure sales targets are met by regularly checking in with the team to set goals and monitor progress. 5. CRM Management:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in the CRM system. 6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. 7. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 8.Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct product/service presentations and effectively communicate value propositions. 9. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly KPI Qualifications & Skills - Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferred Edutech platform. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasion abilities. - Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office. - Self-Motivated: Highly driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. - Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
