Job Description

As a Revenue Generation Manager for Multimedia Solutions, your role involves coordinating with the Programming & Marketing teams to drive client activities, ideation, and events calendar for the city/region. You will maintain relationships with agency personnel, clients, and key decision makers, and influencers. Your responsibilities include preparing and implementing an annual sales strategy, providing direction to the sales team, and monitoring progress against sales plans. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor competition in OOH and other media to develop strategies for maximizing market share - Act as the custodian of revenue performance and focus on yield maximization for the city - Identify and implement strategies to enhance OOH as a category with advertisers and agencies - Recommend pricing strategies and tactics for the city - Design and implement processes to ensure revenue bookings align with company policy - Oversee timely collection of monies through the sales team In terms of People Management, you will be responsible for monitoring, coaching, and mentoring team members to secure large value sales closures. You will conceptualize monetizable opportunities, motivate the team, and invest in talent development through frequent feedback on performance. You will also be involved in internal stakeholder management with various teams such as Content, Finance, Scheduling, and the Corporate Office.
