Sales Lead Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and high-performing Sales Leader with 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, cloud solutions (AWS preferred), and technology services. This role will lead a sales team, drive revenue growth, acquire strategic accounts, and define go-to-market strategies for cloud and tech offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales for

  cloud, SaaS, and IT solutions

  , targeting enterprise accounts.
• Preference: Experience in working with AWS Eco system / Distributor would be beneficial.
• Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with

  C-level and senior decision-makers

  .
• Travel to client locations as required to

  present solutions, negotiate, and close deals

  .
• Own sales strategy, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Mentor and guide sales team members on

  strategic selling and stakeholder management

  .
• Collaborate with marketing and solution teams to design

  targeted campaigns and proposals

  .
• Stay up-to-date with

  cloud technology trends, competitors, and market opportunities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of

  enterprise or strategic sales experience

  , preferably in cloud/technology solutions.
• Proven ability to

  close large deals and exceed sales targets

  .
• Strong experience in

  stakeholder management

  , including C-level engagement.
• Knowledge of

  AWS/cloud platforms

  ; certifications preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
