Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Sales Lead Manager to join The Video Mistrii Co. team at our on-site location in Noida. The Sales Lead Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying prospects, and driving lead generation initiatives. The role includes tracking performance metrics, coordinating with the marketing team to align strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. This position requires strong leadership qualities and the ability to meet sales targets through effective team management and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales strategy development, client acquisition, and lead generation
• Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and tools related to sales performance tracking
• Team management and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with marketing concepts and how to align them with sales strategies
• Analytical skills for evaluating sales performance, understanding market trends, and devising data-driven strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in creative or digital media industries is a plus
