What You’ll Do Data & Features: ingest, clean, and engineer structured/unstructured data from S3, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB, Kinesis, etc. Modeling: build, train, and evaluate classical ML, deep-learning, and GenAI models with Amazon SageMaker, Bedrock, and related SDKs. MLOps: Use standard CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices to move models smoothly from development to production. Monitoring & Iteration: track drift/accuracy, run A/B tests, retrain, and tune for cost/performance. Collaboration: translate business problems into ML solutions alongside data engineers, front-end devs, and product managers. Must-have qualifications 3–4 years building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production. Hands-on expertise with the AWS AI/ML stack (SageMaker, Bedrock, Comprehend, Rekognition, Glue, Athena…). Strong Python plus ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow, Hugging Face). Solid grasp of data-engineering concepts (ETL pipelines, data lakes/warehouses). Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 10+ Years (Minimum 5 years as Scrum Master) About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced ACE Scrum Master with deep expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO) to lead and coach Agile teams in delivering complex enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring Agile best practices are followed, facilitating smooth sprint execution, and driving continuous improvement while leveraging Azure DevOps for planning, tracking, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Agile Facilitation & Coaching Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams within the ACE (Agile Center of Excellence) framework. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach the team and organization in Agile/Scrum practices, scaling frameworks, and continuous delivery. Azure DevOps (ADO) Management Utilize ADO for backlog management, sprint tracking, metrics, and reporting. Set up and manage dashboards, queries, and reports to track delivery progress and KPIs. Ensure ADO boards reflect accurate and up-to-date work items, dependencies, and priorities. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and Business Stakeholders to ensure clear prioritization and transparency of work. Communicate delivery status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership teams. Continuous Improvement Identify and address process gaps, removing impediments to enhance team performance. Drive adoption of Agile best practices, tools, and metrics across teams. Delivery Excellence Align with ACE governance standards to ensure consistency in Agile delivery. Support cross-team coordination in large-scale programs, ensuring dependencies are managed. Required Skills & Experience Core Agile Expertise 10+ years of IT industry experience with at least 5 years as a dedicated Scrum Master. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or equivalent). Proven experience in Agile transformation initiatives. Azure DevOps Mastery Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting. Ability to configure ADO boards, pipelines, dashboards, and automated reports. Leadership & Communication Exceptional facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certifications (Preferred) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM). Azure DevOps certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert) is a plus.

Role Description Sr. Scrum master (>10 years' experience, working from Chennai) - Looking for a Scrum Master with immediate past project delivery experience in fast paced environments. The Scrum Master will assist the Project Manager in running the ceremonies, cadences, dashboards and also help the project manager with addressing key risks to delivery. The Scrum Master will also depute for the PM during their absence as and when required. Experience in tools like ADO & JIRA.
