We are seeking an experienced and highly accountable Human Resource Specialist to independently manage and drive end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of HR processes, ensuring smooth execution, compliance, and a positive employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance cycles, and exit processes.
• Lead recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination.
• Maintain HR documentation, HRIS accuracy, payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
• Drive employee engagement, communication, and grievance handling.
• Support workforce planning, HR reporting, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in HR or related field.
• 56 years of strong hands-on experience in complete HR operations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and confidentiality standards.
• Proficiency in HRIS tools, MS Office, and recruitment platforms.
