Job Title:

Inside Sales Executive – Cloud Services (AWS)

Location:

On-site

Experience:

2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in Cloud Services, IT Solutions, or SaaS.

Job Summary:

Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:

  • Identify potential customers using various channels (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales tools).
  • Qualify leads based on customer needs, challenges, and AWS cloud adoption potential.
  • Consultative Selling:

  • Understand clients' business requirements and recommend relevant AWS solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical pre-sales team to create customized proposals.
  • Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Provide regular updates on lead status, conversions, and sales performance.
  • Collaboration:

  • Work closely with AWS Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Marketing teams.
  • Schedule and coordinate product demos and presentations.
  • Customer Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on AWS services, competitor products, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in cloud services or IT.
  • Strong understanding of

    AWS Cloud Solutions

    and their business impact.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Immediate Joiners Preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner or other relevant AWS certifications.
  • Experience in managing mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Exposure to cloud migration, DevOps, or managed cloud services is a plus.
