As a Lead Sales Manager at Wings, you will play a pivotal role in steering revenue growth, nurturing robust client partnerships, and amplifying our market footprint. With a minimum of 6 years of industry experience, you will spearhead our sales endeavors with strategic finesse and unwavering dedication. In this full-time, on-site role based in OMR, Chennai, your responsibilities will encompass a spectrum of essential functions: - Sales Strategy & Execution: Devise and implement sales strategies to drive business expansion and achieve revenue milestones. - Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities spanning diverse sectors. - Client Management: Cultivate enduring client relations, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat collaborations. - Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Supervise lead generation initiatives, monitor prospects, and streamline sales pipelines for optimal efficiency. - Negotiation & Closing: Champion sales negotiations, craft compelling proposals, and secure deals aligning with organizational objectives. - Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry dynamics, competitor movements, and market nuances to fine-tune sales tactics. - Collaboration: Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to ensure seamless client integration and flawless project delivery. - Reporting & Insights: Track sales performance metrics, generate comprehensive reports, and offer actionable insights to refine sales processes. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Experience: Demonstrable track record of at least 5 years in sales, ideally within the design, branding, or digital marketing realms. - Proven Track Record: Solid background in B2B sales, with a history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales objectives. - Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities, enabling effective presentation and promotion of creative services. - Negotiation & Persuasion: Proficiency in navigating negotiations, addressing objections, and finalizing high-value transactions. - Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal adeptness for establishing trust and nurturing enduring client connections. - Market Understanding: Familiarity with branding, UX/UI, and digital marketing trends is advantageous. - Tech-Savvy: Comfort with CRM tools, sales analytics, and digital outreach strategies. - Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment marked by constant evolution and change.,
