Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Associate with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for forging meaningful corporate and institutional tie-ups, arranging guest sessions and podcasts with influencers and tech leaders, and driving strategic branding collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Partnerships

: Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with corporate companies to secure internship and job placement opportunities for our course-enrolled students.

Academic Collaborations:

Engage with colleges and universities to arrange career guidance workshops, guest lectures, and training partnerships.

Branding & Podcasts:

Connect with top content creators, entrepreneurs, and tech leaders to participate in our podcast series and events.

Relationship Management:

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders for repeat collaborations.

Outreach & Negotiation:

Craft compelling proposals, communicate value propositions, and negotiate mutually beneficial terms.

Reporting:

Track and report progress against KPIs, partnership outcomes, and revenue impact.

Requirement :

  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or corporate/academic relations.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Experience in corporate tie-ups, institutional outreach, or influencer marketing is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results against targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn networking.
