Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations & Government Liaison:

Meeting Coordination & Representation:

Attend high-level meetings and forums with Government officials and industry

partners. Ensure accurate documentation, follow-ups, and professional representation

of the organization.

Communication & Correspondence:

Draft, edit, and manage official communication including letters, reports, and

confidential documents. Ensure clarity, correctness, and adherence to protocol.

Project Coordination & Travel:

Coordinate with internal teams on government-linked projects and initiatives. Be

ready to travel for project inspections, meetings, and events across India, as required.

Regulatory Awareness:

Stay informed about policies, compliance norms, and regulatory frameworks relevant

to the company’s business interests.

Corporate Presence & Event Support:

Assist with the organization’s participation in government or industry events,

conferences, and official programs, ensuring the brand is represented professionally.

Who Should Apply:

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills (English essential;

knowledge of Hindi/Marathi is a plus).• Are well-groomed, articulate, and skilled in managing formal interactions.

• Are quick learners with a professional, dignified presence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2–5 years of work experience. Preference will be given to ex-cabin crew

professionals.

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.

• Prior experience in government liaison, administration, or hospitality is an added

advantage.

Remuneration:

commensurate with qualifications and experience

candidate. Travel expenses, official communication costs, and other work-related allowances

will be provided as per company policy.
